Robert - Creative Director Fan the Flames, Narrative & Personal Story Coach, Leadership Coach, Coaching Trainer, Supervisor, Podcaster, Mentor, Fire Walk Instructor & Glass Walker.

With a background that has roots in performance, theatre and education, Robert brings a Narrative Coaching approach to his work, as well as his deep presence that allows the coaching journey to emerge within a safe space. He seeks authenticity, desire, and strengths to emerge within a person, with a real desire to help a person see what is already there; from holding within into expressing externally.

Robert believes in the power of listening, fun, humour, human connection, and true care for one another. He pays attention to client’s way of being in the space, in the present moment, utilising his empathy, and emotional intelligence to distinguish what is already there within a person he is coaching and working with. He has been on an incredible journey of self-development and consistently expanded both his training and coaching skill set. Initially training as an NLP Practitioner and hypnotherapist, then passing on his Diploma in Transformational Coaching, enabling Robert to start supporting individuals with true meaning and purpose.

Robert holds a high positive regard, an innate trust, towards individual’s capacity to grow, develop, and overcome self-limiting barriers, which have been preventing one’s of success in life - according what success means to an individual (or teams). Accredited by the ICF, Robert has held multiple training positions; i.e., Certificate in Group Coaching, Certificate in Youth Coaching, Diploma in Transformational Coaching course, and the Head of Coaching. Having been a Centre Director with Animas Centre for Coaching, before moving back into the world of freelance where he now works with different organisations as a facilitator, trainer, coach and supervisor.
